International Shipping Policy (Thailand & Malaysia)

1. Shipping method

All international orders ship from Japan by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS is fully tracked and insured. Delivery normally takes 3–7 days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance time. We cannot specify a delivery date or time, and we do not ship by other carriers.

2. Shipping fee

Shipping is calculated by total package weight at checkout: 0–0.5 kg ¥1,900 / 0.5–1 kg ¥3,150 / 1–2 kg ¥4,550 (shown in your local currency).

3. Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Japan time). A shipping confirmation email with the EMS tracking number is sent from order@pnxsports.com. You can track your parcel at ems.post or on the Thailand Post / Pos Malaysia websites.

4. Import duties and taxes — IMPORTANT

Our prices do NOT include import duties, VAT or other taxes charged by your country. These are collected from you by the local postal service or customs before or at delivery.

Thailand: Since 1 January 2026, Thailand charges import duty on all imported goods regardless of value. For apparel and hats this is approximately 30% import duty plus 7% VAT, calculated on the item price plus shipping. Expect to pay approximately 45–50% of the item price on delivery (for example, about 1,430 THB on a 3,211 THB hat, or about 1,090 THB on a 2,343 THB inner shirt). The exact amount is determined by Thai Customs.

Malaysia: Orders with a total value under RM500 are currently exempt from import duty and sales tax. Orders over RM500 may be subject to import duty and 10% sales tax.

We declare the full purchase price on customs documents as required by law. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.

5. Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused, or duties are not paid and the parcel is returned to Japan, we will refund the item price minus the original shipping fee, return shipping costs charged to us, and any customs fees incurred. Please make sure you understand the import charges before ordering.

6. Phone number

A valid local phone number is required. Thailand Post and Pos Malaysia contact recipients by phone for delivery and customs payment. Parcels may be returned if you cannot be reached.

7. Customs delays

Customs inspections can delay delivery by 1–2 weeks, especially around Songkran (mid-April), year-end and public holidays. These delays are outside our control.
