How to Order
■ Ordering Process
1. Add items to your cart
Select the desired size and color, then click the "Add to Cart" button. Afterward, click "Proceed to Checkout" in your cart.
2. Specify shipping address and method
Please specify your shipping address and shipping method.
3. Review cart contents and select payment method
After confirming your order details, select from "SHOP PAY," "GOOGLE PAY," "Credit Card," "Smartphone Payment," or "Cash on Delivery." If there are no errors in your order, click "Complete Order."

Credit Card Payment
【Accepted Credit Cards】
We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, Diners, and Discover.
【Credit Card Installments】
Available payment terms depend on your credit card company (one-time, installment, and revolving payments are available). Bonus payments are not supported.
The credit card transaction date will be the order date.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
There is no fee for Cash on Delivery.
The total payment amount is as follows:

Please pay the courier upon delivery of the product.
If you purchase via Cash on Delivery and require a receipt, the delivery slip serves as the official receipt, so we do not issue separate receipts.
Credit cards cannot be used for Cash on Delivery payments.

About Delivery
Orders are typically delivered via "Japan Post (Yu-Pack)" within 7 days.
*Delivery times may fluctuate depending on the destination region, weather, traffic conditions, etc.
*If there are errors in the customer information provided, your order may not arrive on your preferred date and time.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed before 1:00 PM: Dispatched as early as the same day
Orders placed after 1:00 PM: Dispatched as early as the next day

Specifying Delivery Time
Specifying a delivery date and time is mandatory. Please be sure to select your preferred date and time when placing your order.
Exchanges / Returns
Exchanges
For exchanges due to customer preference, we only accept items that can be confirmed as "unused."
In such cases, please send the item back to us via prepaid shipping. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
For exchanges due to initial defects, please send the item back via cash-on-delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement.
【Criteria for Unused Items】
- Within 10 days of arrival.
- The item (including box and accessories) is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- Free of dirt, scratches, and odors.
- Unused.
- Has not been washed or dry-cleaned.
Please note that sale items and items purchased as part of a lucky bag (fukubukuro) are not eligible for exchange.
Returns
We do not accept returns due to customer preference.
【Criteria for Customer Preference Returns】
- Ordering by mistake
- More than 10 days have passed since arrival
- Damage or stains caused by the customer
- Items returned without prior notice
- Items that have been used even once
- Missing tags or accessories
Cancellations
Products in our store are automatically shipped by Rakuten Logistics. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations, changes to delivery times, or changes to size or color after an order has been placed. Please be aware of this in advance.
If you wish to cancel after placing an order, please receive the product, return it to us via prepaid shipping, and we will process your refund once we have confirmed receipt of the return.
